Close your account
End the organisation's account once nothing renews and nothing is owed; your records are kept.
Closing ends the organisation's account: nobody on the team can sign in to it, and nothing new can be bought. Invoices and records are kept. Only the owner can close it.
Close it#
Open Organisation from the side menu and press Close the account… under Close the account.
If something still renews or is owed, the card says what:
- 1Your servers Cancel each service and let it run out, or ask us in a ticket to end it now.
- 2Your invoices Pay each open one, or ask us in a ticket to void one that's wrong.
When nothing is left:
- 1Type Example Ltd to confirm Type the organisation's name exactly as shown.
- 2Close this account Closes it. Everyone is signed out.
- 3Keep it open Leaves everything as it is.
After it closes#
The Organisation page says Closed. If it was your only organisation, the sign-in page tells you the account has been closed. Nothing is deleted, and we can reopen it on request.
