What these guides cover, and how to reach a person when they don't.
These guides are for the servers you run with us and the account you run them from. Every page is written by the people who run the hardware, and the parts of the portal you see in them are the portal itself, drawn live, not pictures of it.
Finding your way#
The sidebar holds everything. Start here is for everyone. Under Products, open the thing you run, a VPS for example, and its guides are grouped by what you are doing: getting started, doing a task, or fixing something that went wrong.
When a guide isn't enough#
Open a ticket from the portal: portal.darkless.cloud/tickets/new. A person who can see your servers answers it. Say which server, what you expected and what happened instead, and paste any error exactly as it appeared.
