While your server is set up
What happens between paying and logging in, how long it usually takes, and the email that says it is ready.
Once your order is paid, a person confirms your machine's install. It's usually ready the same day, and you don't need to do anything meanwhile.
What you'll see#

The power buttons, console and Reinstall tab come back when the install finishes, so the disks are never left half written.
The password#
The email never has a password in it. It waits on the server's page, shown to you once: see Log in for the first time.
If the build fails, nothing more is charged until it's built, and the days it takes are added to your first period.
