Cancel a service

Stop a service renewing: it runs to the end of what you paid for, and you can change your mind until then.

Cancelling stops a service renewing. It runs to the end of what you've paid for, then the server is destroyed with everything on it.

Cancel it#

Open the server from Servers. Every server's page, VPS, dedicated or game, has a Billing card like this one:

  1. 1Cancel at renewal… Asks first. Nothing changes until you confirm.

  1. 1Keep it Leaves everything as it is.
  2. 2Cancel at renewal Confirms. It runs until the date shown, and nothing more is charged.

Change your mind#

Until the end date, the service shows as Ending under Billing, Subscriptions.

  2. 2Keep it Undoes the cancel. It renews as before, on the same date.
  3. 3Manage Opens the server's page, to cancel from its Billing card.
