Help Game servers Use the game panel

A tour of the game panel

What each tab on your server's panel page is for, so you know where to look before you need it.

The game panel is Pterodactyl, the panel most game hosts use. Open it from the portal and it lands on your server, with a row of tabs along the top.

Stop, and Kill#

If a server won't stop, Stop turns into Kill, which ends it at once, like pulling the plug. Give Stop a fair chance first, or the world may not be saved.

Typing commands#

The box under the console takes any server command. For Minecraft, leave the slash off: say Restarting in 5 minutes, or list.

For a ticket#

Settings, then Debug Information, shows the node and server ID. Quote them if we ask.

Still stuck? Open a ticket and say which guide you followed.
