Add credit to your account
Pay ahead with a top-up, and your renewals spend the credit before anything is charged.
Credit is money held on your account. Each renewal invoice spends it first, and your saved method is charged only for what's left.
Add credit#
Open Billing and choose the Credit tab.
- 1Credit on your account What you hold now.
- 2$10.00 Tops up exactly what your next renewal needs.
- 3Continue to pay Opens an invoice for the amount in the box. Pay it like any other.
- 4Spent on an invoice Every movement in and out, each with its invoice.
The credit lands as soon as its invoice is paid: see Pay an invoice.
Good to know#
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Each top-up | Between $5 and $2,500 |
| Waiting to be paid | One top-up at a time. A new amount replaces the one waiting. |
| Not paid | Cancelled after three days |
| When it's spent | When a renewal invoice is raised, 14 days before the renewal |
| An invoice already open | Credit doesn't pay it. Pay that one as usual; the credit waits for the next. |
| Refunded top-up | Comes off your credit first. Only what's unspent can be refunded. |
