Upgrade your plan
Move a VPS to a bigger plan from its page, paying only the difference for the days left; it restarts once.
Move a server to a bigger plan in the same line from its Upgrade tab. Your files and settings stay as they are, and it restarts once.
- 1Cloud 8 GB A bigger plan, with its price and the difference from yours.
- 2Processor Your plan and the new one, line by line, with the price last.
- 3Upgrade to Cloud 8 GB Orders the upgrade. It asks you to confirm first.
- 4Ask for one Opens a ticket for a smaller plan, which needs us to move your server.
- 5Extra IPv4 A second address for this server, billed monthly.
You pay the difference for the days left in this billing period. After that, the server renews at the new price.
- 1Pay $2.50 and upgrade Pays the difference and starts the upgrade. With nothing to pay, it just says Upgrade.
- 2Never mind Closes the box. Nothing is ordered.
Paying, then resizing#
With auto-pay on, the difference is charged at once. Otherwise you're taken to the invoice, and the tab says waiting on payment until it's paid.
Then the server restarts once to take the new size, in about a minute. The disk grows and the system expands into it as it starts. Follow it in Activity on the Overview tab.
If you can't upgrade#

| This is the biggest plan in its line | There's nothing bigger in the portal. Open a ticket and we'll talk about what fits. |
