Billing for game servers

Where game server invoices live, and how to pay, turn on auto-pay or cancel from the server's page in the portal.

The game panel runs your server, but billing lives in the portal, with your other services.

On the server's page#

  1. 1Billing Opens all your invoices, for every service.
  2. 2Cancel at renewal… Stops the server at the end of the period you've paid for. It runs until then.

When an invoice is waiting, or no saved payment method pays your renewals:

  1. 1Pay now Opens the invoice waiting for this server.
  2. 2Turn on auto-pay Saves a payment method so renewals pay themselves.

After a cancel, you can change your mind until the date:

  1. 1Keep it Undoes the cancel. The server renews as before.
