Ask us something about your account or a server, what to put in it, and how replies reach you.
A ticket is a conversation with the people who run your servers. Open Tickets in the side menu and press New ticket.

- 2Server The server it's about, or Not about a server.
- 3What's happening? What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Paste errors as text.

We email a Read and reply link to the organisation's email (under Organisation, Details). Answer on the ticket's page with Send reply: replies to the email aren't read.
When it's sorted, press Close this ticket. If it comes back, reply on the same ticket and press Reopen and send, so the history stays together.
Tickets belong to the organisation, so your team can read and reply too.
Still stuck? Open a ticket and say which guide you followed.
